User Research design and focus group moderation

Kay worked with the Monster design and usability teams on a redesign of the employer candidate search. As part of this effort she ran focus groups and designed a research study to learn how seasoned recruiters use personal networking, online and offline resources to find the best candidates for positions.

She then worked with the Monster product management, development, and design teams to apply these insights to the redesign of the user interface of the employer search, which was to be implemented using AJAX.
