Usability Research for Ideation and Concept Evaluation Tool

Affinnova taps the collective mind of consumers to identify top concepts, products, and designs that perform better in the marketplace. Through their innovation platform, ideas are refined as participants make selections from among an incredible array of choices. Affinnova brought Usability Resources in to help them determine which of several new survey interface designs performed best. To determine this, we ran a series of in-depth interviews and usability studies – first with 4 qualitative researchers who specialize in concept development and then with 10 consumers who match a survey respondent's profile.

As a result of our work, Affinnova received excellent feedback on the relative strengths and weaknesses of each approach. They were able to take our results to create an even more intuitive next generation survey system.
